It's pronounced KUR-stihn...
A self proclaimed badass born and raised near Kansas City MO, Kirsten is a Midwestern girl at heart. From a young age, Kirsten could never stop talking and loved being the center of attention. At 7 years old, she stepped off the stage after her first dance recital and immediately exclaimed "Mom, when can I do that again!"
It wasn't long before she landed her first role in a community theatre production, which affirmed her love of performing. She didn't stop there. Since then, she's picked up a variety of artistic skills. Violin, hammer dulcimer, classical voice, choral singing, Shakespeare, dialects, and even theatrical scenic construction.
Kirsten graduated in May 2020 from the University of Oklahoma with a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre. The program emboldened her to stay true to herself and taught her to never give up. During her time in Norman, she had opportunities to perform with the OKC Philharmonic, and overseas in Oslo Norway.
Kirsten's bold nature and flaming hair are not the only things she's known for. In her free time she enjoys reading, watching movies, playing her instruments, and baking chocolate chip cookies!
